Staff were caring.
The hotel has amazing and particularly good location short walk to Ella Rock, next to a neighbouring restaurant that has also a nice view on Ella Gap and the ‘ black bridge' on the railway line above the town. This was my relaxing stay for 3 nights.

Amazing accommodation, the breakfast was amazing, excellant location on the side of a mountain. The room was contemporary and fully-equipped included a seating area, WiFi, and a kettle. It had garden views.

Stunningly beautiful views, really enjoyed absolutely perfect and magnificent setting.
Its rooms were brand-new and neat. Most of the staff were really helpful and incredibly attentive. Location: the hotel was really close to the bus stop, and the railway tracks that lead to the start of the Ella rock ascent.
